By accessing or using ThriftMyVibe (thriftmyvibe.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
ThriftMyVibe is a discovery platform that helps users find vintage and thrift clothing and connects independent sellers with buyers. We are a referral service. We do not sell, ship, warehouse, or handle any merchandise. All transactions occur directly between the buyer and the seller (or through third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy).
ThriftMyVibe does not inspect, authenticate, or guarantee any item listed on the platform. We make no representations about the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. All product descriptions, images, prices, and condition information originate from the seller or third-party marketplace. Disputes regarding merchandise are between the buyer and the seller.
ThriftMyVibe participates in affiliate programs including the eBay Partner Network and Etsy Affiliate Program. When you click through to a third-party marketplace and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from that marketplace at no additional cost to you. These commissions are paid by the marketplace, not by you.
Independent sellers who onboard as direct partners agree to pay a referral fee of 8% on sales referred by ThriftMyVibe. This rate is permanent and will not increase. There are no subscriptions, listing fees, or monthly charges. Sellers may remove their listings at any time. Referral tracking is facilitated through a lightweight tracking pixel placed on the seller's order confirmation page.
You may browse ThriftMyVibe without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the operation of the site; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
The ThriftMyVibe name, logo, design, and original content are the property of ThriftMyVibe. Product images and descriptions displayed on the site are the property of their respective sellers or marketplaces and are displayed under the terms of applicable affiliate and API agreements.
ThriftMyVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriftMyVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to damages from transactions with sellers or third-party marketplaces.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriftMyVibe and its owner from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Washington.
